Looking Beyond the Recession

The whole country has been going through a tough time recently, and businesses have suffered badly as consumers have been forced to cut back on their domestic spending. This has resulted in a large number of smaller businesses going to the wall – and some of these have defaulted on their debts, which has a harmful knock-on effect on the cash-flow of those businesses which have survived.

But on the positive side, survivors will emerge leaner and fitter than they were before - so what about the situation around Bridgwater?

On the 10th March at 5.45 pm the Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce met at the offices of Butterworth Jones Accountants for their 3rd Annual General Meeting.
