The Practical Training Hub are holding training courses locally at Activity Warehouse in Bridgwater for the following:
Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) – 1 Day
- Overview: Gain essential skills with the Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid. This course is tailored for those needing to develop basic first aid skills for emergencies involving children.
- Key Skills: Handling a range of paediatric first aid situations.
- Timing: Starts at 8:45 am and finishes at 5:00 pm.
Paediatric First Aid (PFA) – 2 Days
- Course Details: This Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework. It’s crucial for early years providers in England, ensuring that there is always a fully trained first aider when children are present.
- Compliance: Aligns with EYFS requirements for paediatric first aid.
- Schedule: Runs over two consecutive days, from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm each day.
