Your expo stand comes with a 1.8m table, chair, and a white tablecloth, though if you prefer a larger exhibition space without a table, please let us know. Setup is available the day before on 12th June from 10:00am to 5:00pm via either the main entrance or the back door. Alternatively, day-of setup can be arranged from 7:00am to 9:00am using the back door.

Breakdown will occur on the event day from 4:00pm to 5:00pm; please use the designated entrances and avoid driving on the grass. and all expo stands are equipped with Wi-Fi and power, ensuring you have the necessary tools for a seamless exhibition experience.

To help us prepare marketing content and the event booklet, which will be sent to members before the event and handed out on the day we kindly request that you provide the following:

• Quote: A short quote on why you decided to exhibit at our event.

• Expo Stand Details: A 60-word bio describing who you are and why someone should visit your stand.

• Logo Files: Please send high-quality logo files in both square and landscape formats.

• Expo Stand Table Confirmation: Confirm if you do NOT want a table with your expo stand; otherwise, we will assume you’d like one.
