September 3, 2022 @ 10:30 am - 1:45 pm

Wellbeing walk on the Quantocks (5 miles)
About this event
A creative journey from coast to countryside through drawing, mark-making, and cameraphone photography. Along this inspiring journey, as we walk in the footsteps of the Romantic Poets, you will explore historic mark-making processes with a variety of materials taken from the natural surroundings. Learn how to make your own paintbrushes from feathers, grind your own pigment, write with charcoal ink, and capture your creativity with raw, organic materials. We will also use our cameraphones to capture a visual diary of the day.
SME Wellbeing Somerset is a project funded by Public Health Somerset to deliver workplace emotional wellbeing support and training to sole traders, small and medium sized (SME) businesses across Somerset The focus is on supporting those who have been impacted by Covid through the virus itself, experience of lockdown or the impact of the recession.
